摘要
目的:观察中药唇香草聪耳片治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效并从微循环障碍角度探讨唇香草聪耳片的作用机制。方法:将91例突发性耳聋患者随机分为治疗组48例、对照组43例,对照组给予常规中西医结合治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予口服唇香草聪耳片,治疗1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后纯音听阈测定值,并检测两组患者血浆内皮素(ET)含量、血清一氧化氮(NO)水平的变化。结果:两组患者的听力均有改善,治疗组总有效率为89.58%,对照组总有效率为76.74%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组ET、NO含量治疗前后差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:唇香草聪耳片能明显改善突发性耳聋患者的听力,其机制可能与缓解内耳血管痉挛,改善内耳微循环,促进损伤的耳蜗毛细胞修复有关。
Objective： To investigate the effects of ＂Chunxiangcao Conger Tablet＂ on sudden deafness and its mechanism concerning the improvement of microcirculation disturbance. Methods： A total of 91 patients with sudden deafness were randomized into two groups： 48 cases in treatment group and 43 cases in control group. The control group was given conventional treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine, the treatment group was given same treatment and ＂Chunxiangcao Conger Tablet＂ orally as well. Both groups were given one course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the listening levels of patients in both groups were measured and the levels of NO and ET were also detected. Results： After 14 days of treatment, the level of listening in both groups were improved, the total response rate in treatment group and controlled group were 86.21% and 71.12%, with a significant differ- enees between them（P 〈0.05）. The different values of NO and ET before and after treatment in both groups had significant meaning（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： ＂Chunxiangcao Conger Tablet＂ can improve the listening levels of patients with sudden deafness remarkably, whose mechanism may be related to easing the spasm of inner ear vessels, improving the inner ear microcirculation and promoting rehabilitation of injured cochlear hair cells.
