摘要
设计了一种测量米勒(Mueller)矩阵的斜入射正接收的实验装置结合新的数据处理算法,测量了仿生物组织和真实生物组织的后向散射Mueller矩阵。利用该法对生物组织等混浊介质后向散射Mueller矩阵进行研究,在混浊介质检测和医疗诊断等方面有潜在的应用价值。
A Mueller matrix measuring device of canted incidence and perpendicular detecting is designed. Combined with new data processing algorithm,the device measured the backscattering Mueller matrix of biomimetic and biological tissue. The research of biological tissue and other turbid medium through this way has potential value in turbid media testing and medical diagnosis.
