不同纺纱方式彩棉纱线的结构与强伸性分析

摘要 通过对环锭纺、转杯纺、喷气纺、喷气涡流纺生产的彩棉纱线的对比研究,分析了各种纱线的结构特点和强伸性能,为彩棉加工的工艺优化提供理论和实验依据,由此可改善彩棉纱性能,提高彩棉产品的档次。 In this article, based on the comparison study of colored cotton yarn spun with ring spinning, rotor spinning, MJS and MVS, characters of the yarn structure and yarn strength are analyzed, which is helpful in providing the theory and experiment basis for processing optimization and quality improvement of colored cotton yarn.
