摘要
介绍了SS7E型交-直电力机车用大功率元件热管散热整流装置的基本设计方法,描述了该整流装置的结构特征及其所用热管散热器的特点。5″元件的使用,实现了主整流装置一臂一元件结构,解决了以往车型整流装置多元件并联所导致的不均流问题,提高了系统可靠性。
It introduces a basic design method of high power rectifier device with heat pipe radiator for SS7E AC-DC electric locomotive, describes structure characteristics of the rectifier device and peculiarity of the heat pipe radiator. 5" component is applied for achieving one - ann and one-component structure of main rectifier device. Furthermore, it solves the problems of uneven flow due to the parallel multicomponents of former rectifier device, and the reliability of the system is also improved.
