肠淋巴液对休克大鼠心肌特性的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF LYMPH ON THE MYOCARDIAL CONTRACTILE CHARACTER IN RAT DURING HEMORRHAGIC SHOCK

摘要 大鼠重度失血性休克30min后,左心室内压的最大上升速率(+dp/dt max)和左心室收缩压(LVSP)都显著下降(P<0.01),而左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)却有所增高(P<0.05)。说明心肌的收缩功能和舒张功能均出现障碍,给少量淋巴液后(用量为0.5ml/100g体重)使休克时下降的左心室内压的最大上升速率和左心室收缩压显著回升(P<0.05),而增高的左心室舒张末压回落不明显,提示淋巴液可改善休克心肌的收缩功能障碍,但对低血容量情况下的心肌舒张功能无明显改善。 The maximum change rate of the left ventricular pressure ( + dp/dt max ) was significantly decreased in rat after hemorrhagic 30 minute (P<0.01) ,andthe left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) was also siginificantly decreased (P<0. 01), and the left vetricular end diastolic pressure ( LVEDP) was increased (P<0. 05). These indicated that cardiac systolic function and diastolic function were impaired during hemorrhagic, After we injected lymph (volume is equal to 0.5% body weight). the decreased + dpi dt max and LVSP were raised up (P <0.05) , but the increased LVEDP did not significantly fall down, These indicated1 that lymph may improve the impairment of cardiac'contractility in shock and exert the action on shock, but in the low blood volume case . lymph has no significant effection on cardiac diastolic function .
