摘要
党支部建在班上的体制创设,有其理论的渊源,也有其实践的依据。然而,党支部建在班上试行中出现的新问题,如体制基础、运行机制及书记身份等却是体制创设中带有根本性的问题,而解决这些问题的最行之有效的办法,就是在学生党支部中设立教师党代表。可以说,设立教师党代表是完善党支部建在班上的根本措施。
Establishing a party branch in the class has both theoretical origin and practical basis. Nevertheless, there emerged some new problems in the trial such as the system foundation,operation mechanism and secretary identity which are fundamental in the institutional creation. The most effective solution is to set up a teacher Party Representative in the student Party branch. Setting up a teacher Party representative is the basic measure for improving the system of establishing a party branch in the class.
