摘要
采用"水解(预处理)-ABR(厌氧)-UNITANK(好氧)"工艺处理中成药废水,电气控制部分采用可编程PLC系统。废水站全天24h全自动连续运行,无人值守。进水CODCr约2000～5000mg/L,出水水质达到GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。
A system of hydrolysis （pretreatment）-ABR （Anaerobic Baffled Reactor）-UNITANK （Aerobic Reactor） process is used to treat the wastewater from a Chinese medicine manufactory. The electric part is controlled with PLC system. The whole system runs automatically without any operators for all day. The CODcr of the iufluent is varied between 2 000 mg/L and 5 000 mg/L. The effluent reaches the first grade of the integrated wastewater discharge standard （GB8978-1996）.
