摘要
论述了计算机控制非球面抛光的基本原理─—Preston方程，计算机控制非球面抛光机的抛光模的结构特点和去除特性及驻留函数，计算机模拟控制抛光过程的理论计算和实际实验的对比，最后，通过对实验结果的分析，获得一些初步的结论。
This paper describes the basic principle of computer controlled aspherical polishing-the Preston Equation; the structure characteristics and removal behavior as well as the residual function of computer controlled aspherical polishing; the calculation and computer simulation of this polishing process. The comparisons between the theory and the practical experiment are also made,and at last, some preliminary conclusions are reached through the analysis of the experiment results.
