介绍了高压法三聚氰胺装置尾气冷凝系统的工艺流程;叙述了尾气冷凝器的结构和作用;分析了尾气冷凝器U形管束结垢的原因及现象;比较了几种处理结垢的方法,实施了采用调温水系统、拆除循环水过滤网等项改进措施;总结了尾气冷凝系统技术改造后的运行效果。
Author has introduced the process flow for tail gas condensation system in the melamine plant using high pressure method; has described the structure and role for tail gas condenser; has analyzed the reason and phenomenon of fouling deposited on U shaped tube bundle of the tail gas condenser ; has compared several kinds of methods of eliminating fouling, these were, to execute and adopt several aspects of improving measures of temperature modulation system and to remove the filtering screen of circulating water and so on ; has summarized the running effect of the tail gas condensation after technical reformation.
