摘要
江苏恒盛化肥有限公司拟以化肥生产装置产生的尾气为原料,采用吸附精馏法工艺技术,投资建设30万t/a CO2回收项目。从项目概况、工艺技术路线、工艺流程、产品市场等方面分析了项目建设的可行性。结果表明,该项目具有CO2气源稳定、生产技术先进、市场销售前景看好的优势。
Jiangsu Hengsheng Chemical Fertilizer Company Ltd had the intend to invest and construct CO2 recovery Project with a capacity of 300 000 t/a by using of process technology by adsorption and fractional rectification method,and taking tail gas produced from chemical fertilizer production plant as the raw material.Author has analyzed the feasibility of the project construction from aspects of project situation,process technology line,process flow and product market etc..The result indicates that this project has the advantages having stabile CO2 resource,advanced production technology and good sale prospect.
