摘要
教育教学质量是高等学校的生命线,也是永恒的主题。在高等教育大众化、高校规模迅速扩大的背景下,实践教学环节中的毕业实习质量遇到了各种困难,造成高校毕业实习质量出现下滑现象。本文从统筹毕业实习教学、毕业实习组织管理、毕业实习经费等方面,有针对性地提出了改变实践教学观念、增加校外实习基地数量、加强实习教师的职业道德、强化过程管理等措施来保证和提高高校毕业实习的质量。
Education quality is the lifeblood of university as well as the eternal theme. In the popularization of higher education, the university expanding in a rapidly scale, the difficulties of the graduate practice quality of teaching resulted in phenomenon of the quality fall of college graduates. The article put forward that changing the practice teaching concept, increasing the number of the practice base, strengthening the vocational moral of the teacher and the process management from planning as a whole of the practice teaching of graduate, the organization and management, the funding for graduate practice, etc..
