摘要
针对工程建设申请竣工验收时存在的问题及对策进行了论述,以促进竣工验收活动正常有序地进行,达到规范建筑活动、确保工程质量、提高工程项目建设水平和投资效益的目的。
The paper illustrates the problems of completion acceptance in project construction and its strategies,so as to enhance the orderly completion acceptance,in order to achieve standard architecture activity,ensure the project quality,improve the construction of project programs and its investment benefits.
