摘要
拟从现场施工管理的角度,阐述了施工进度管理在工程建设中的作用,分析了工程进度的影响因素,以个人的观点提出了做好施工进度管理的措施和一些具体做法,从而实现工程进度计划目标。
From the viewpoint of construction site management the roles of construction progress management acted in engineering construction are elaborated.Factors influencing construction progress are analyzed,at the same time some measures and practical methods are presented from personal views in order to do construction progress management well and realize project planning schedule objects.
