摘要
土地分等定级评价研究是进行地价评估的重要基础。结合克拉玛依市的实际情况,运用特尔非法确定研究区克拉玛依市的定级因素、因子以及权重;充分利用MAPG IS软件的空间分析功能计算各因素、因子的分值和土地定级单元的分值;依据定级单元分值对土地级别进行了初步划分;按照规程要求对土地界别进行确定。研究结果与实际情况基本一致。
