摘要
在海南各县市,调查美洲斑潜蝇(LiriomyzasativaeBlanchard)对茄科、豆科及葫芦科蔬菜的发生、危害情况。结果表明,美洲斑潜蝇主要危害方式是雌成虫在寄主叶片上刺孔并在其中取食和产卵,幼虫在叶片中潜食。在20、23、27、30、32和35℃,相对湿度70%的特定条件下,美洲斑潜蝇完成一个世代所需时间为12.2~26.6d。据室内多级恒温法测定,该虫全世代发育起点温度为10.4℃,其中卵为9.9℃,幼虫为15℃,蛹为11.9℃,成虫产卵为13.3℃。美洲斑潜蝇完成一个世代的有效积温为263.7日度,在海南儋州地区一年可发生18~19代。
Liriomyza sativae Blanchard,a pest newly found to occur and cause serious damages to vegetables in recent years,was surveyed in the cities and counties of Hainan Province. This pest was found to damage host plant leaflets mainly by female imagines through puncturing the leaves for feeding and oviposition and by larvae through leaf mining. The pest was observed in our laboratory at 20,23,27,30,32 and 35℃ with RH 70 %,and found to complete its life cycle within 26.6~12.2 days. The critical temperature and effective cumulative temperature for the pest during various development stage were also determined under the same lab conditions. Results showed that the developmental zero temperature for the whole generation was 10.4℃ :9.9℃ for egg stage,15℃ for larval stage, 11.9℃for pupal stage, 13.3℃ for adult stage. The effective cumulative temperature for the pest to complete one generation was 263.7day degrees,and the pest was observed to produce 18~19 generations a year in Danzhou area,Hainan.
