摘要
研究原油在储存过程中的升温和降温规律,确定合适的加热方式,对于降低能耗,节约生产成本,实现长时间低温储油,具有十分重要的意义。文中以传热学为基础,运用数值计算方法,以大庆原油储罐为例,对其温降规律进行了研究。通过对导热微分方程的离散、控制体积分等数学方法以及数值模拟,得到了原油储罐温降规律的数值模型,运用Visual Basic软件编制了计算机程序,找出储罐的温降规律,对现场油库管理工作起到指导作用。
The study of crude oils in storage in the process of warming and cooling and the determination of an appropriate method of heating are of great significance to reducing energy consumption, saving production costs and realizing long-term and low-temperature storage of oil. This paper, based on heat transfer and the use of numerical methods, makes a study of the law of the temperature drop by taking the Daqing crude oil storage tank as an example. With mathematical methods, such as heat conduction through the discrete differential equations, control of points, for numerical simulations of each of the temperature drops and through an analysis of the characteristics established on the basis of the description of the tank temperature drop, the numerical model of the temperature drop of the crude oil storage tank is obtained, using Visual Basic software for the preparation of a computer program to find the temperature drop of the storage tank for field management of the oil storage.
