摘要 军事供应链管理要获得高效率和效益,最基础的必须是有高可靠性作保证。结合GO法——一种系统可靠性分析方法和军事供应链自身的特点,阐明了将GO法应用于军事供应链可靠性分析中的可行性。通过构建军事供应链结构模型,运用GO法原理,分析出军事供应链系统中的信号流和操作符,将军事供应链系统结构图转化为GO图,通过GO运算,求出各信号流的等效故障率,进而求出军事供应链中各节点的等效可靠度,对供应链网络结构模型的可靠性问题进行定量分析,并通过实例对该方法的应用进行了具体说明。结果表明:GO法不仅能够计算出整个军事供应链的可靠性,还可以清楚地得到各环节的可靠性,从而可以追溯出影响军事供应链系统整体可靠性的瓶颈,为制定相关的可靠性管理措施提供科学依据。 The basic element of effectiveness and benefit of military supply chain management is high reliability. The feasibility of the application of GO methodology is clarified in the reliability analysis of the military supply chain and the construc; tion of military supply chain structure model. With the GO methodology, the signals and operators of the military supply chain system are analyzed, and the military supply chain system structure model chart is transformed into GO chart. The equivalent reliability of the military supply chain nodes is calculated after the equivalent failure probability of every signal by using GO algorithm. Thus the reliability of the network-chain structure models of the military supply chain is quantitatively analyzed, and the application of the method with an example is demonstrated in detail. The result indicates that the GO methodology can not only calculate the reliability of the entire military supply chain, but also clearly obtain the reliability of every node of the supply chain. Accordingly,the bottleneck which influences the whole reliability of the military supply chain can be traced, and a scientific basis for constituting correlative reliability management measures of the military supply chain is offered.
