摘要
当前,我国农村基础设施供给总量不足与供给过剩并存,供需结构不平衡且有失公平,这种状况严重阻碍了农村经济发展和农民生活质量的提高。在评析当前农村基础设施供给存在的主要问题及分析其形成机理的基础上,从体制改革和需求导向等角度提出了近期有效重构我国农村基础设施供给体制的具体对策。
At present the insufficienct supply and excess supply of rural infrastructure in China coexist. The structure of supply and demand of rural infrastructure is not balanced and the supply allocation between the areas in our country is unfair, which seriously hinders the development of the rural economy and the improvement of the farmers＇ standard of living. The article tries to search for some effective measures to reconstruct the supply system of rural infrastructure of our country in the future from the point of view of institutional reform,demand-oriented and so on,which bases on the assessment of the key problems exsiting in current supply of rural infrastructure and its analyses of the formation mechanism. This has a positive significance to direct the supply and management of rural infrastructure of our country in the current process of building a new socialist countryside.
