CD_(34)^+细胞Fas抗原表达与疾病相关性的研究进展

摘要 Fas抗原(又称为CD95或Apo-1)是一种肿瘤坏死因子受体,它可与配体或抗体交联后激发一种能够导致细胞凋亡的信号转导级联反应。在正常造血过程中,CD34+造血干细胞表面并不表达Fas抗原。大量国内外研究发现,当CD3+4细胞表面发生Fas抗原的异常表达时,则与许多造血和非造血疾病的发生、发展密切相关,本文就CD3+4细胞表面Fas抗原的表达与某些疾病相关性予以综述。 Fas antigen,also called CD95 or Apo-1,is a tumor necrosis factor receptor(TNF-R).Fas antigen,coupled with a ligand or antibody,can initiate a signal transduction cascade reaction that leads to apoptosis.During normal hematopoiesis,Fas antigen is not expressed on CD34^+ cells,however,a large number of researches from domestic and abroad show that the abnormal expression of Fas antigen on CD34^+ cells is related to a variety of haematopoietic and non-haematopoietic diseases.This paper reviewed the relationship between the expression of Fas antigen on CD34^+ cells and diseases.
