氟甲砜霉素对实验性鸡巴氏杆菌病的药效研究 被引量:15

摘要 以两倍稀释法测定氟甲砜霉素及甲砜霉素对鸡巴氏杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.25μg/mL和1.25μg/mL。按10,20和30mg/kg的氟甲砜霉素及30mg/kg的甲砜霉素分别给实验性巴氏杆菌病患鸡肌注,每天给药一次,共5d。药物对鸡巴氏杆菌病的治愈率分别为93.3%,100%,100%和100%,而感染对照组鸡全部死亡。 Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs)of Florfenicol and thiamphenicol for Pasteurella multocide were determined by two-fold dilation method in vitro.Then,the therapeutic trials of florfenical(10,20 and 30 mg/kg)and thiamphenicol(30 mg/kg)against experimentally induced pasteurellosis were carried out in fowl following imtramuscular administration for 5 successive days(one daily).The inhibitory tests in vitro showed that MICs of florfenicol and thiamphenicol were 0.25 and 1.25 μg/mL for pasteurella multocide,respectively.Following treatment with florfenicol(15,10 and 20 mg/kg)and thiamphenicol (30 mg/kg)against pasteurellosis for 5 days,the curative rates of the drugs for pasteurella multocide-infected fowl were 93.3%,100%,100% and 100%,respectively.In infected group,the mortality of fowl was 100%.The result shows that florfenicol have a good therapeutic index in the control of pasteurellosis in fowl.
