摘要
对珍珠鸡的病料进行细菌分离培养、纯化培养、染色镜检、生化鉴定,并进行40种抗菌药物的药敏试验。结果表明,极敏药物占27.5%,高敏药物占12.5%,中敏药物占20.0%,低敏药物占17.5%,不敏感药物占22.5%。其中,珍珠鸡大肠杆菌对先锋噻肟、舒普深、先锋必、菌必治最敏感。
The Escherichia coli strains from guinea disease-related materials were isolated, through cultivation, morphology, colony, dyeing, biochemistry test. Then drug sensitivity of the isolates were tested using fourty different chemical drugs. The drugs susceptibility test showed as following： very sensitive drugs accounted for 27.5%; high-sensitive drugs accounted for 12.5% ; mid sensitive drugs accounted for 20.0% ; low sensitive accounted for 17.5% ; not sensitive drugs accounted for 22.5%. To prevent and cure Escherichia coli strain, Cefotaxime sodium, Sulperazon, Cefoperazone and Ceftriaxone sodium were the best.
