摘要
在检测肉品中磺胺药残留的Ａｎｎｉｎｏ分光光度计测定法中，以不含磺胺的肉滤液代替３％三氯乙酸稀释磺胺标准品和作为空白对照，经过对含磺胺兔肉样检测后得到的数据比原方法更特异更准确。
The filltrate of normal muscle was used as the replacement of 3% trichloroacetic acid to dilut the standard sulfonamide and used as the blank control in the Annino spectrophotometry for the sulfonamide residues detection. Muscle specimens of 12 rabbits were detected with this replacement. A more specific and accurate data were obtained than that obtained with 3% trichloroacetic acid.
