摘要
现场管理是施工第一线的基础性管理,对国际工程项目的成败起着关键性作用。文章在简要介绍国际工程项目现场管理特点的基础上,从人员管理、设备管理、材料管理、HSE管理、质量管理、关系管理等六个方面阐述了国际工程项目现场管理理论体系。
Site management in the international project is the basic management of the first line construction,which plays a key role in the success of the international project. This paper introduces the characteristics of site management in the international projects. It analyzes the site management system, based on six detailed aspects: the personnel management, equipment management, materials management, HSE management, quality management and relationship management.
