摘要
[目的]为掌握全市碘缺乏地区生活饮用水水碘含量现实状况,为政府决策以及防治措施的制定、分类指导与落实提供科学依据。[方法]本次饮用水碘含量调查,是以山东省人民政府1998年11月17日发布实施的第96号令(《山东省实施〈食盐加碘消除碘缺乏危害管理条例〉办法》),所确定的碘缺乏县(市、区)为范围。饮用水水碘测定采用硫酸铈催化分光光度法。[结果]济南市水碘含量〈10μg/L的水样占59.06%,10-150μg/L的占37.26%,150-300μg/L的占2.36%,〉300μg/L的占1.32%。[结论]济南市仍属于低碘地区。
[Objective]To investigate the content of iodine in drinking water in iodine deficiency area, provide scientific basis for decision-making of the government and making prevention and control measure and guidance. [Methods]The content of iodine in drinking water was investigated. Iodine deficiency counties (districts) were investigated based on No 96 document " Management Rule on the Elimination of the Risk of Iodine Deficiency through Salt Iodization" issued by Shandong Provincial Government on 17 November, 1998. The content of iodine in drinking water samples was tested with cerous sulfate catalytic spectrophotometric method. [Results]59.06% of the drinking water samples tested for the content of iodine were 〈10μg/L,the content of 10-150 μg/L accounted for 37.26% ,150-300 μg/L accounted for 2.36% 〉300 μg/L accounted for 1.32 %, [Conclusion]Ji'nan belongs to an area with low iodine level.
