几种荒漠植物叶面积与叶干质量关系的研究

摘要 采用扫描图像与Photoshop图像处理软件结合的方法研究柽柳、柠条、红砂和珍珠的叶片投影面积与叶干质量之间的关系,结果表明:柽柳、柠条和红砂叶投影面积与叶干质量呈线性相关;红砂、柽柳、柠条在生长季单位叶面积所积累的叶干质量分别为(0.0840±0.0031)、(0.0610±0.0011)、(0.0366±0.0007)g/cm2,红砂和柽柳分别是柠条的2.30和1.67倍;珍珠的叶片是多浆汁叶,形状极不规则,不能利用目前的扫描仪计算出它的投影面积;柽柳在不同环境下生长时的叶片投影面积与叶干质量的关系均为线性相关且差异不显著,表明这种线形关系不受生长环境的影响。因此,可以用叶干质量代替叶面积来研究这些荒漠植物的光合作用特性。 The relationships between the leaf projection area and leaf dry weight of Tamaris ramosissima, Cara. gana microphylla, Reaumuria soongorica and Salsola passerina were studied by using the combination method of scanning image processing system and Photoshop image processing software, the results showed that the relationships between the leaf projection area and the leaf dry weight of Tamarix ramosissima, Caragana microphylla and Reaumuria soongorica were linear;, the dry weight per unit leaf projection area of three species were (0.084 0 ± 0.003 1) g/cm2, (0.061 0 ± 0.001 1) g/cm2 and (0.036 6 ± 0.000 7) g/cm2,and the values ofReaumuria soongorica and Tamarix ramosissima were 2.30 and 1.67 times of Caragana microphyUa respectively, because the leaf of Salsola passerina is the multi-thick liquid juice leaf, and the shape is extremely irregular, so its projected area cannot be calculated using the present scanning technology; the relationships between the leaf projection area and the leaf dry weight of Tamarix ramosissima under different environments were linear and had no significant differences among them, it showed that linear relationships were not effected by different environments. So we can study the photosynthesis characteristics of those desert plants using the leaf dry weight rather than using the leaf area.
