摘要
根据以新疆含钾膨润土测定的防膨率,用正交设计实验方法确定了低相对分子质量M的聚季铵盐防膨剂的最佳合成条件:二甲胺、环氧氯丙烷摩尔比1.0∶1.2,pH值约1,反应温度50℃,反应时间5小时。使用不同催化剂、改变胺、环氧氯丙烷摩尔比,合成了二甲胺系列CPCS-Ⅰ(1)^(4)和三甲胺系列CPCS-Ⅱ(1)^(4)并测定了0.2%~2.0%水溶液的防膨率,结果表明同时使用三氟硼乙醚、浓盐酸和甲醇合成、编号(1)的防膨剂性能最好,单独使用三氟硼乙醚合成、编号(2)的次之,CPCS-Ⅱ的防膨性能好于CPCS-Ⅰ。pH约为4时合成的CPCS-Ⅱ(2)的防膨性能最好。CPCS-Ⅰ(1)、(2),CPCS-Ⅱ(1)、(2)与等摩尔比的KC l+NH4C l饱和溶液的各种比例复配物,其2.0和1.6g/L溶液的防膨率均高于90%。在CPCS-Ⅱ(2)溶液中克拉玛依三区某井岩屑的滚动回收率大幅提高。在天然岩心中注入0.5%CPCS-Ⅱ(1)、(2)溶液时,水测渗透率保留率为98.2%和99.6%,而注入0.5%DMDAAC/SO2共聚物溶液时,保留率仅为52.6%和56.7%。CPCS-Ⅱ的M为4200,而该共聚物为5×106~6×106。
Through orthogonally disigned synthetic experiments with antiswelling rate(ASR) for Xinjiang's potassium bearing bentonite taken as crioterion,the optimal parameters of synthesis of low molar mass polymeric quarternary salts(PQSs)as clay stabilizer were established:demethylamine(DMA) to epichlorohydrin(ECH) molar ratio 1.0∶1.2;pH value~1;reaction temperature 50℃ and reaction time 5 hrs.A DMA series PQSs,CPCS-Ⅰ(1),(2),(3),and(4),and a trimethylamine series PQSs,CPCS-Ⅱ(1),(2),(3),and(4),were synthesized at different amine to EHH molar mass at the presence of different catalyst(s),the ASR of 0.2—2.0 g/L solution of these PQSs was determined and it was shown that the PQSs synthesized with catalysts boron fluoride etherale(BFE)+hydrochloric acid+methanol and numbered with(1) had the best antiswelling capability,followed by the PQSs synthesized with BFE only and numbered with(2);the ASR of CPCS-Ⅱ series was higher than that of CPCS-Ⅰ series.CPCS-Ⅱ(2) synthesized at pH≈4 gave the highest ASR value.ASR values of 〉90% were observed for 2.0 and 1.6 solutions of combinations composed of CPCS-Ⅱ(1),(2),CPCS-Ⅰ(1),or(2) with saturated KCl+NH4Cl(of equal molar ratio)solution in various volume ratio.The recovery rate of drilling cuttings from a well in district 3,Karamay,rolled in aqueous medium was significantly raised by the CPCS-Ⅱ(2) introduced.The permeability recovery of reservoir cores treated by 0.5% CPCS-Ⅱ(1) and(2) aqueous solution was of 98.2% and 99.6%,respectively,while that by 0.5% DMD/SO2 polymer solution—52.6% and 56.7% only.The molar mass of CPCS-Ⅱ and DMD/SO2 polymer was of 4200 and 5×106—6×106,respectively.
