摘要
从建筑市场价格形成竞争的内容、对"合理低价中标"的认识、"合理低价"的定位等方面进行了论述,指出在企业定额尚未普遍建立、健全,最低价中标尚不具备条件的过渡时期,预算定额仍是投标报价的参考依据。
From the content of the competition of prices in architectural market, the paper illustrates the recognition of the reasonable low price tender and the location of ＂the reasonable low price＂, and points out the budget norm is still the reference for the bidding during the transiting period with unsatisfied condition of lowest price and unhealthy budget.
