摘要
以地榆为供试材料,通过盆栽试验,在人工干旱胁迫和复水处理下对地榆生长状况以及胁迫、复水前后不同时期各项生理指标进行观测。结果表明:在一定范围内,干旱胁迫使地榆生长速度受到不同程度的影响,复水后地榆表现出补偿生长的特性;干旱胁迫使地榆细胞质膜透性增加,复水后地榆细胞质膜透性可降至正常水平;干旱胁迫使地榆游离脯氨酸的积累迅速增加,复水后其积累量降至正常(对照)水平。
Taking Sanguisorba officinalis as tested materials, the growing situations of Sanguisorba officinalis and physiological indexes have observed in different periods before and after drought stress and rewatering. The results show: in a certain range, drought stress has influenced the growing speed of Sanguisorba officinalis, and after rewatering Sanguisorba officinalis has showed the characteristics of compensatory growth. Drought stress can increase membrane permeability of cytoplasm, after rewatering, it can decrease to the normal level. Drought stress can rapidly increase the accumulation of free proline of Sanguisorba officinalis, and after rewatering, it can drop to the normal level (ck).
