摘要
近年来保护二次电压切换回路出现的问题,导致保护装置不正确动作的事件时有发生,并常常伴有大面积停电事故,严重危害了电网的安全运行,是继电保护工作中的一个薄弱环节。为提高电网安全稳定的水平,此文以二次电压切换回路的异常引起保护装置不正确动作典型事故为例,分析保护二次电压回路暴露的问题并提出对策,希望能引起各级保护、运行人员的注意。
The secondary voltage protective circuit switching problems occur frequently in recent years. It cause incorect action and often accompnied with large scale power outages. It endanger the safe operation of power grid. It is a weak link of the relay protective work. In order to enhance the level of security and stability of power grids, this article take a typical accident, which is an abnormal secondary voltage circuit＇s switching and causes incorrect action of protective device, as an example. Exposured problem of secondary voltage protective circuit is analysed and strategies are put foward Hoping protective and running staff pay attention to it.
