摘要
结合宁夏水利信息化发展状况,针对宁夏引黄水量调度中存在的问题,通过对水量调度的理论分析,利用信息化管理的解决思路,建立了适合宁夏水量调度的仿真系统平台,重点阐述该系统建模过程和系统开发思想,探讨水量调度的新模型CBR思想和该模型在系统开发过程中的实现机制.利用先进的信息化处理手段,实现了宁夏段引黄灌溉的信息化处理模式,实现了水量调度模块可视化的方便、快捷性,同时,提高了地区水资源科学管理水平,为提高水资源利用效率提供了技术保障.
Combination of information technology development of water resources in Ningxia, aiming at the scheduling of water problems of the Yellow River, using the information management methods and water scheduling analysis theory, the simulation system platform which meet Ningxia water scheduling was built, course of system modeling and the idea of system development were expatiated, a new CBR model of scheduling ideas and this development implementation mechanism were explored. Using the advanced information processing means, the information-based mode of water scheduling was achieved in Yellow River irrigation of Ningxia section,water scheduling module has visualized convenient and fast. At the same time, the level of management of science and technology of water resources was improved, technical support for high utilization efficiency of water resources was also improved.
