摘要
麻风复发是评价其治疗质量的重要依据,研究与控制麻风的复发,对消灭麻风极为重要。按福州会议标准,达到临床治愈(皮损消失后,细菌检查一年以上阴性,特异性病理组织改变消失)后又出现新的皮损或原有皮损活跃,细菌阳性,病理呈特异性变化,即为复发。无锡市累计登记各型麻风1791例。
In Wuxi City,Jiangsu,up to the year 1996 there have accumulatively been 1791 regstered cases of leprosy,of which 1474 have been cured.During the period of 1970 to 1996 the re- lapse was detected in 46 cases(3.12%),i.e., 0.3% yearly on an average.The duration from cure to relapse was five to 231 months,averaging 5.57 years.Nine out of the relapsed cases have changed degradedly from TT end to LL end ,but five upgrad- ed.95.7% of the relapses were those who had tak- en DDS monotherapy.The relapse rate was 6% in MB and 2.3‰ in PB.
