摘要
教学督导是指高校基于保证本校教学质量以及教学管理工作的科学化、规范化和严格化的需要,对本校教学工作总的运行状况进行全程的监督、检查、指导与评价的一种管理活动。非平衡系统自组织理论、反馈控制理论、激励理论是高校教学督导制度建设的主要理论支撑。
The instructional supervision refers to one kind of management in the colleges which supervise, inspect, and conduct and appraisal the total movement condition of the school teaching in the entire based on the needs of guaranteeing the school quality of teaching as well as scientific, standardized and journey stringent to the teaching supervisory work. Moreover, the article has made the introduction to several important theory support in the construction of instructional supervision system-- non - alanced system from the organization theory, the reaction control theory, the drive theory
