介绍了液力透平机械密封结构、密封辅助系统组成及机械密封泄漏对加氢裂化装置安全生产的影响。通过对机械密封结构、工作环境温度的详细分析,找出了机械密封泄漏的主要原因。机械密封系统改造后.液力透平的同步运行率由53.2%提高到98.0%,每年可节电1.94×10^6kW·h,节约资金113.6万元。
It is introduced that the structure of hydraulic turbine mechanical seal, component of the seal auxiliary system and the leakage of seal to influence the hydrocracker safety in production. Based on the analysis to the seal structure and the operating temperature, the primary cause of sealing failure has been discovered. The synchronized running rate of hydraulic turbine is from 53.2% up to 98.0%, saving power 1.94 million kW·h/a with the mechanical seal improved.
