摘要
企业组织结构非扁平化,知识主体共享意识欠缺等各种阻碍造成了企业内部知识共享不流畅。社会化软件与企业知识管理的结合将是企业走出困境的一个有效途径:把现有成熟的社会化网络应用移植到企业,如Blog、贴吧、Wikipedia等工具,将促进企业内部知识交流、共享、使用和创新。企业内部显性知识到隐性知识动态整合的过程也是企业文化积淀和升华的过程,从知识转化角度看社会化软件对企业知识共享的影响将有重要意义。
The pyramidal organization of the enterprise and lack of the awareness of sharing on the part of the intellectual subjects cause the ineffectiveness of enterprises＂ internal knowledge sharing. The combination between social network and enterprises＂ knowledge management is a solution to this problem. Applying the mature social network model such as the blog, the poster bar and Wikipedia will promote the communication, sharing, application and innovation of the internal knowledge. The dynamic conformity process of enterprises＂ internal transformation between salient knowledge and covert knowledge is a process of enterprise culture accumulation and refinement. Viewing social network service from the angle of knowledge transformation will exert great influence on enterprises＂ knowledge sharing.
