摘要
《鼠害防制操作规程·农村》(《规程》)是"十一五"科技支撑课题"卫生安全重要技术标准研制"的部分内容。在参考国内外相关标准的基础上确定编写的基本内容,并强调适用于农村控制鼠类的技术,如布放毒饵盒、建立防鼠设施、清除鼠类滋生环境等措施。现就《规程》的编写意义、编写原则、工作过程以及编制过程中的问题进行讨论。
The rule of rodent control in village is parts of key technical standards regarding public health safety supported by the 11^th five-ycar plan. To determine standard contents based on the reference of relevant standards at home and abroad, and to emphasize the rodent control technology in rural such as the put of baits, the establishment of prevention facilities and the elimination of rodent breeding sites. This article aims to discuss the writing significance, writing principle, working process as well as the problem in writing process.
