摘要
目的分析社区就诊居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及其相关因素,推动社区卫生服务发展。方法在石河子市5个街道,选取了2个社区卫生服务中心和2个社区卫生服务站,随机抽取200名年满18岁的社区就诊居民进行现场问卷调查。结果被调查的200名居民对社区卫生服务的总满意率为77.38%,其中对"就诊的方便性"的满意率最高为98.50%,而对"机构的设施、设备"和"技术水平"满意率较低,为39.50%、52.00%。结论社区卫生服务机构的设施、设备和技术水平是影响石河子市社区卫生服务满意度的重要关联因素。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the satisfaction and related factors to community health services of residents treated in community, enhance the capacity of community health services, and promote the development of community health services. METHODS With methods of site questionnaire survey, 200 residents(≥18-year-old) were selected by random sampling survey in two community health service centers and two community health service stations from the five streets in Shihezi City. RESULTS The overall satisfaction rate to the community health service of 200 residents surveyed was 77.38%, the highest satisfaction rate was "convenience of treatment" (98.50%) , the satisfaction rates of " facilities and equipment of institution " (39.50%) and "skill level" (52.00%) were relatively low. CONCLUSION The "facilities and equipment" and "technical level" were the important factors associated to satisfaction rate of community health services of Shihezi City.
