Preparation and Property Investigation of 2D C/C-ZrB_2 Composites via Precursor Infiltration and Pyrolysis Process

摘要 本文针对C/C复合材料存在高温抗氧化和抗冲刷性能较差等缺点,提出对C/C复合材料进行改性以改善其性能。通过碳布叠层工艺均匀刷涂浆料,采用先驱体转化法制备了三种不同ZrB2含量的2DC/C-ZrB2复合材料,探索ZrB2含量对其力学、抗氧化、抗烧蚀等性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:刷涂料浆(ZrB2体积分数10%)制备的复合材料综合性能优异,其弯曲强度为250.37MPa,断裂韧性为13.84MPa.m1/2;样品经1200℃氧化30min后质量保留率达到90.65%,强度保留率达到85.14%;经氧乙炔焰烧蚀60s后,其质量烧蚀率为0.01802g/s,线烧蚀率为0.01217mm/s。 A proposal to introduce ZrB2 powders into C/C composite was presented to improve the poor anti-oxidation, mechanical erosion and ablative properties of C/C composites. Three samples of 2D C/C- ZrB2 composites with different ZrB2 powder content were prepared by painting slurry of ZrB2 powder into carbon cloth, stacking and further densification by precursor infiltration and pyrolysis process, and accordingly influences of ZrB2 powder content upon mechanical, anti-oxidative and ablative properties of the samples were investigated. The results are that the sample (ZB10) with 10vol% ZrB2 powder content showed the best properties of flexural strength 250.37 MPa, fracture toughness 13.84 MPa · m^1/2 After oxidation in air at 1200 ℃ for 30 min, the sample ZB10 showed 90.65% mass retention and 85.14% flexural strength retention, and mass ablation rate of 0. 01802 g/s and recession rate of 0.01217 mm/s after further ablation in oxygen-acetylene torch for 60 s.
