Effects of Trace Ca on Microstructure and Mechanics Properties of Mg-Zn-RE-Zr Alloy

摘要 借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X-射线衍射仪以及电子万能拉伸实验机等设备研究了微量的Ca对Mg-Zn-RE-Zr镁合金的显微组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:由于Ca的加入,合金组织中晶粒逐渐变小,合金组织更加均匀,合金的拉伸性能得到提高;当Ca加入量为0.05%时合金的拉伸性能最佳,抗拉强度达到207MPa,伸长率达到16.9%。 The effects of trace Ca on microstructure and mechanics properties of Mg-Zn-RE-Zr magnesium alloy have been observed and analyzed by using metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electronic universal materials testing machine. The results showed that grain size decreased and alloy with more uniformity microstructure with the increase of Ca amount. At the same time the Tensile Properties of experiment alloys improved with Ca content increasing. In particular the tensile strength and elongation conspicuous increased to peak 207MPa and 16.9% with an addition of Ca of 0.05%.
