摘要
本文剖析了成人高校在高等教育大众化阶段所面临的生源萎缩的挑战,提出成人高校应转换思路,在履行继续教育职能中确立新的发展策略。具体包括:更新办学理念,创新办学机制;重组育人模式,变革教学内容;强调校企合作,提升师资水平等。
This article analyzes the shrink of student source in adult college at the popular stage of higher education, proposes that adult college should transform thought and establish new development strategies during performing continuing education function. Concrete measures include renovating the idea of running school, creating the mechanism of running school, restructuring the model of educating people, changing teaching content, emphasizing cooperation between university and enterprise, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, etc.
