摘要
以黄兰作砧木、含笑作接穗,在10月、11月、12月、1月、2月等5个不同时期进行高枝嫁接,探索含笑嫁接的适宜时期。结果表明:嫁接苗成活率以12月中旬进行高枝嫁接最高、达94.8%,1月中旬嫁接居第2位、为93.3%,11月中旬嫁接居第3位、为87.3%,10月中旬和2月中旬则较低、分别为47.8%和61.3%;不同嫁接时期嫁接苗的保苗率差异不明显,介于87.3%～97.3%之间。含笑高枝嫁接的最佳时期为12月中旬至翌年1月中旬。
Took Michelia chanpaca as rootstock, Michelia figo as scion, this paper studied the high-grafting in five different periods in October, November, December, January and February,.to explore the best period of the grafting of Michelia figo. The results showed that the best period of high - grafting appeared in mid-December （the grafting survival rate reached 94.8%）, and followed by grafting in mid-January, which survival rate was 93.3%. And the third high grafting survival rate was in mid- November, it was 87.3%. The grafting survival rate was lower when grafted in mid-October and mid-February, they was 47.8% and 61.3%, respectibely. We found that the keeping seedlings ratio were between 87.3%-97.3%, there was no obvious difference between different grafting periods. And the best period of high-grafting Michelia figo was in mid-December and mid-January.
