摘要
在介绍基层口腔医师技能现状的基础上，指出基层医师技能的培训和提高除了采取传统培训的方式外，特别要利用现代教育技术条件下各种先进方式，并注意各种方式的优势互补。同时，提出了加强和提高基层医师技能工作的建议。
The paper first introduces the present situation of stomatological technicians＇ skills at grass-root hospitals. It then points out that training and improvement of skills of these stomatological technicians require various advanced means with the help of modern educational technology besides traditional training and that all the means should complement with each other. The paper also proposes suggestions on strengthening and improving skills of stomatological technicians at grass-root hospitals.
