摘要
国内外所发生的多起桥梁钢结构破坏事故在引起设计者对焊接结构损伤、损伤扩展以及结构系统失效过程关注的同时,也引发了人们对如何保证桥梁钢结构系统完整性的思考。通过对桥梁钢结构的完整性设计目标、损伤及损伤容限、损伤的表现等进行分析,提出了钢结构完整性设计的理念,并提出了钢结构设计的要点,分析认为建立材料—工艺—细节—损伤为控制方式的完整性设计原则体现了焊接结构带有损伤但适合使用的理念。
In this paper,the damage of welding construction,expansion of damage,and the failure process of structure unit are focused with more accidents of damages on steel bridge structures in home and abroad.Simuhaneously how to ensure the integrity of steel bridge construction is considered.With analyzing the design integrity,damage and damage allowance,damage characteristics,this paper provides the ideas of design integrity for steel bridge construction,and the main points of design of steel bridge structure, considers to establash the control methods of design integrity,including material,process,damage,and the welding structure of steel bridge is eapahle of use with damage allowance.
