摘要
党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛为代表的中国共产党人,在建设中国特色社会主义的实践中,以改革的精神研究和解决党的建设面临的重大理论和现实问题,把马克思主义执政理论与党执政创新的实践紧密结合起来,逐渐形成了以改革创新的精神为指导,以党的执政能力建设和先进性建设为主线,以思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设和反腐倡廉建设为内容的框架,从党的执政理念、执政基础、执政方略、执政机制、执政方式、执政资源和执政环境等方面,不断完善党的执政理论体系,明确党的建设的总体布局,使中国共产党自身建设新的伟大工程的路径更加清晰。
IAfter the sixteenth national meeting of the communist party＇s representatives, Hu Jin--tao as one representative of communists, in the practice of constructing the socialism with Chinese characteristics, with the spirit of reform he studies and solves the important theoretical and practical problems facing the communist party construction. He combines the ruling theories of Marxism with the practice of communist party ruling creation thus gradually forming the guidance by the spirit of reform and creation, the main line by the ruling ability construction and sophistification construction, the main form by mind construction, organization construction, life style construction, system construction and so on. He gradually makes the communist party＇s ruling system from the aspects of the communist party＇s ruling idea, ruling foundation, ruling strategy, ruling mechanism, ruling resources, and ruling environment. He makes the general management of the communist party＇s construction and the road of the great career of the communist party＇s construction of her self clear.
