成都市家蝇抗药性调查 被引量:5

Survey on Insecticides Resistance of Musca Domestica in Chengdu

摘要 目的调查成都市家蝇对常用杀虫剂溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威4种杀虫剂的抗性水平、抗性动态及其发展规律,为病媒生物防治提供科学依据。方法采用微量点滴法,检测成都市家蝇现场品系对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威4种杀虫剂的抗性水平。结果2007年成都市家蝇和敏感品系对4种杀虫剂的LD50值(μg/只)分别是:敌敌畏0.396、溴氰菊酯0.117、高效氯氰菊酯0.571、残杀威>14.4;对4种杀虫剂的抗性系数(倍):敌敌畏114.50、溴氰菊酯17.69、高效氯氰菊酯33.01、残杀威>40.78;相对抗性倍数(与1983年比):溴氰菊酯达167.14倍,敌敌畏达7.47倍;高效氯氰菊酯(与1985年比)达30.05倍。结论成都市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯等杀虫剂的抗性水平已经达到较高抗性,抗性发展呈上升趋势。 Objective To investigate the resistance of Musca dornestica and provide the scientific information for the rational use of insecticides. Methods The resistance of Musca domestica to DDVP, deltamethrin, beta- cypermethrin and propoxur were determined by topical application methods. Results The resistance of the field strain to four insecticides was higher in 2007 compared with that in 1983, the ratio of resistance to deltamethrin was increased by 167.14 times (LD50 = 0. 117 μg/♀ ), prepoxur≥40. 78 times (LD50 = 14.40μg/♀ ), beta-cypermethrin by 30. 05 times (LD50 = 0. 571μg/♀ ) , DDVP by 7. 47 times (LD50 =0. 396 μg/♀ ). Conclusion The resistance of the field strain to deltamethrin, propoxur, beta-cypermethrin and DDVP were at high level and these insecticides should be less used in the future.
