摘要
目的了解潍坊市坊子区儿童预防接种证查验和计划免疫工作现状。方法按照统一方案对潍坊市坊子区2008年入托入学儿童预防接种证进行查验。结果全区托幼机构、学校预防接种证查验率、登记率均达100%,入托入学儿童预防接种证率为93.02%。疫苗漏缺种程度从高到低依次为乙脑疫苗、麻疹疫苗、流脑疫苗、脊灰疫苗、白破疫苗、百白破疫苗、乙肝疫苗、卡介苗。结论查验儿童预防接种证,对于提高疫苗接种率,保护儿童身体健康具有重要的作用。
Objective To survey the current status of checking immunization certificate of children and EPI in Fangzi District. Methods The checking of immunization certificate for the children who entered kindergarten and school in ：2008 was conducted according to the unified program. Results Both the checking rate and the registering rate of immunizat/on certificate were 100%. The percentage of kindergarten or school children with immunization certificate was 93.02%. The number of the children who missed JEV vaccination was highest, followed by EMV, MV, OPV, DT, DPT, and HBV. Conclusion Checking immunization certificates of children is important to improve the vaccination rate and protect children＇s health.
