摘要
探讨了以硝酸盐为主的氧化性复合催化剂制备煤基活性炭的新工艺,利用该催化剂将催化和氧化统一起来。实验考察了催化剂对活性炭的吸附性能和活化速度的影响。结果表明,硝酸钡的活性差,不宜作为催化剂使用;钾化合物是制造活性炭的良好催化剂;助催化剂P在活性炭孔隙结构发展上起着重要的作用;原料中的灰分对催化剂效能的发挥起阻碍作用;实验的复合催化剂可以提高活化反应速度1倍以上,在相同烧失率时获得较高的吸附性能,或在相同的烧失率时提高活化得率,从而降低活性炭的生产成本。
