摘要
党内问责制是一项进行内部监督和责任追究的制度。我们要针对当前建立和完善党内问责制面临的困境和问题,通过尽快出台《党内问责条例》、树立权责对等的理念、抓准问责重点、建立科学的问责机制、理清三大关系、营造和谐的党内"问责文化"、切实推进党务公开,为建立和完善党内问责制提供有力保障。
The intra-Party accountability is a system based on intra-supervision and responsibility. Focusing on the problems of establishing and perfecting the intra-Party accountability, we must draw up the “Regulations on Intra-Party Accountability” as soon as possible, establish the concept of power being equal to responsibility, grasp the key points of accountability, build the scientific accountability, clarify the three relationships,construct the har- monious intra-Party accountability culture, and make the Party affairs public for guaranteeing the intra-Party accountability.
