摘要
作为分子影像学的典范之一,核素心肌显像特别心肌灌注显像在临床被广泛用于各类心脏疾患的诊断和评价,在冠心病中的应用尤为普遍。随着分子生物技术以及新型显像剂的不断发展,心脏核医学在各方面都有了长足的进步,除能评价心肌血流灌注外,还在动脉斑块显像、血栓显像、心肌神经受体显像、乏氧显像及凋亡显像中取得了较大进展,使核医学技术在多种心脏病变中发挥更大作用。现就有关心脏核医学的临床基本应用及新进展综述如下。
As the showpiece of the molecular imaging(MI), the nuclear cardiology has been used for the diagnosis and evaluation of many heart diseases, especially for the coronary heart disease. Along with the development of the biomolecular technology and the new imaging tracers, nuclear cardiology has been developed a lot, not only in evaluating the myocardium perfusion, but also in the atherosclerosis imaging, neuroceptor imaging, hypoxic imaging and apoptosis imaging, which leads the nuclear cardiology to be used widely in cardiovascular diseases. The present review aims at summarizing the regular application and the recent development of the nuclear cardiology.
