本文简要回顾了昆明院土石坝工程设计技术的发展历程，介绍了昆明院在土石坝工程设计方面取得的主要技术创新成果，提出了昆明院土石坝工程的专业建设思路，明确了下一步研究的内容和方向。
This article briefly reviews the development history of the earth-rock project design technology of Kunming Hydroelectric Investigation, Design and Research Institute and introduces the main achievements in technology innovation in terms of earth-rock project design, puts forward the professional construction thoughts of earth-rock project and defines the content and development of the next study.
