摘要
为了探讨学生评教的影响因素,使学生评教结果能相对地公平、客观、科学,将我院08-09学年第1学期学生评教结果输入SPSS10.0并进行成组t检验分析。结果表明:学生评教结果在不同年级、专业层次、课程性质和教师来源等方面存在较大的差异,其产生主要有学校管理层面、教师层面以及学生层面的原因,并针对这3个层面提出相应的建议。
In order to explore the impact of teachingevaluation,and make the teaching evaluation results relatively fair,objective and scientific, the teaching evaluation results of the first semester of the 08-09 students are put into SPSS10.0 and analysed in group t test. The results show that the teaching evaluation results are quite different in the different grades, professional-level, curriculum and sources of teachers. Among them there is a main factor, which comes from the school management, teachers, and students, and finally some suggestions are put forward.
